Applying for a rental property has never been easier. We offer a straightforward application process to help you secure your ideal home. Whether you prefer to pay in person or online, we've got you covered.

Application Fee Details:

• In-Person Payment: $60 cash
• Cash App: $80
• Apple Pay: $80
• Online Payment via PayPal: $90

📝 You can apply for up to three properties within a 30-day period, one at a time.

Important Additional Fee – Background Check

All adults 18 years and older who will be residing in the property are required to complete a mandatory background check.
This is a standard part of the rental screening process.

• 🔍 Additional fee: $45 per adult
• This fee will be requested separately through TurboTenant after we receive your application.
• Please note: This background check fee is not requested upfront and will only be needed when your application proceeds to the screening phase.

How to Apply:

1. Choose Your Payment Method:
   For in-person payments, please bring $60 in cash to the scheduled property tour.
   For online payments, click the PayPal button below to complete your payment of $90.
2. Complete the Application Form:
   Fill out the form with your phone number and email address below.
   We will then send you the application details for the property you're interested in.
3. Submit Your Application:
   Submit your application form and payment confirmation.
   Our team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps.
