Application Fee Details:
- In-Person Payment: $60 cash
- Online Payment via PayPal: $90
Note: You can apply for up to two properties within a 30-day period, one at a time.
How to Apply:
- Choose Your Payment Method: For in-person payments, please visit our property tour with $60 in cash.
For online payments, click the PayPal button below to complete your payment of $90. - Complete the Application Form: Fill out the form with your phone number and email address.
We will send you the application details for the property you’re interested in. - Submit Your Application: Submit your application form and payment confirmation.
